This is such a compelling photograph, it looks like you spent a bit of time setting up this perfected shot up -- whatever time was spent, it was well worth it.

The lighting is so simple, yet so effective with its warmth to set the mood of the photograph. The shallow DOF really grabs your attention, sets it on the rose, and then let's you look around to discover the piano keys, fallen petals, and sheet music.

The size of the photograph, somewhat wide-screen-ish, works really well to capture the main elements effectively, without gaining anything unnecessary, or losing anything necessary. This aided in the perfected composition of the photograph too.

I noticed that you placed 11th, and to be honest, you were robbed. There was another rose shot in the top-10 that didn't have near as much substance as yours does.

Relating to the challenge, Song Titles, and your chosen song, A Time for Us, couldn't be more perfect. The whole photograph is very romantic, from the fallen petal, the rose, the piano, and the lighting. It couldn't have been done better.

Awesome idea, though while the cookie looks crisp and in-focus, the text seems blurred/out-of-focus. It could've been the print job, but I'd like to see the text sharper.

Has such potential, but the poor dog looks scared out of its mind. The top of his head seems a bit blurry too. Maybe a flash with a fast exposure to fix the blur, and a few more tries for a better looking expression.

Great spoof, very funny. The left side doesn't seem cropped tight enough for some reason though. And why is the hot dogged wrapped like that? I've never seen that.

Awesome. I hope it's real. ;) As for the technicality of it all, some people might claim that it's a bit dark, but I think that's it just perfect. It puts all the attention right where it needs to be.
