Since this is humor challenge, a couple of friends a I decided to do something funny with popular DPC photographs.

Rackat, I admire your picture and gave it a 10. I hope you get a laugh at this.

I also hope the voting public that they have seen Disney's "Lilo and Stitch" movie. For the movie's trailers, Disney got the character Stitch inside of some of its popular movies, such as "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid". Very funny stuff.

So I decided that Stitch got into Rackat's picture and ate the frog (toad, in fact).

Technically, I couldn't get it right. How in the hell did you, Rackat, got your background so amazing?

Greetings from the Critique Club
Subject
I enjoyed this image! The subject definitely meets the challenge of Humour!
Sharpness:
I find this image slightly soft and out of focus almost as if the subject was moving slightly.
Exposure: Good but the Contrast & Color, are not saturated enough
Composition
the various elements of the photo are well balanced within the frame and
as you look at the photo your eyes are drawn to the subject

Suggestions for improvement:
More Saturation and contrast, possibly a more contrasty background perhaps a sharper focus although this didn't detract from the image to any great degree.

You're nuts, Mr J. =)

Rackat's picture is one of my favorites. I think she did the background by injecting acid into the JPG itself, so we're all affected and it's just a trippy hallucination.

Pretty darn cute! Love the concept! Great lighting and composition. Would love to know how you did your lighting for this shot. I have such a hard time with studio lighting.

Nice spoof, though I'm mostly partial to it because I liked the movie. ;) The DOF could've been larger to not blur out the back of his ears.

Ha ha! Another spoof. I like it. Too bad I don't know about this Stitch character. Might have given me bigger chuckles. Gave me chuckles none the less.

I usually wouldn't rate a photo of a stuffed animal high, but I like the context of this shot. I found it rather amusing.

I guess parodies are in this challenge, and probably a good way to go. I like it and it is an excellent picture too. 9

Love Lilo....xoxox
Nice shot, fantastic idea. The focus is alittle soft on the right? Maybe it's just my eyes but it looks that way. The light, background, composition is perfect. Very nice work.

Cute idea! Who likes those ole frogs anyway. Your background seems just a bit grainey.

At first I was like "whaaaa?" but now I get it. Very shallow DOF, but well done.

LOL! I get it! Love the shot for the challenge!

Now THIS is funny. LOL. If only you could have gotten that funky background. I'm not counting that against you, don't worry...but it would be awesome. I hope everyone "gets it". Your focus and clarity are good, and the angle and framing/cropping is excelent. I think the background is just fine. Nothing distracting there. Lighting is good, no glares or distracting shadows. Nice job! Good luck in the challenge.
