Not just a snap-shot but so much more. I absolutely love it!

This along with tfarrell23's winning entry were the only two images I gave 10 in this challenge.

Some very good and creative entries in 47 Steps (and some not so "honest" attempts, sadly). My top three:

by clive_patric_nolan, whom I fear will only be here a short while - he's that good

by RKT - who else could it have been? Just lovely!

by tnun, who sees possibilities like I see possibilities, but realizes them all the better. Lovely symphony here.

Thanks to both for the compliments, I really expected it to do much worse than 5.25 to tell you the truth. (This is referring to my "47 Steps" entry with the b&w stairs.)

Thanks posthumous That made my week! BTW, I got my first yellow from you for an image where you used the word banal, and on this one you used the word quotidian. I think I'm spotting a trend!

Most of my favorites in foliage scored well, but I think this one was overlooked by the voters:

Melethia had to point out to me that people had recognized my 47 steps image here. I appreciate the nod very much. I dont usually expect to see my images pop up here because (to be honest) I am pretty much a panderer. ;)

Thank you Melethia for the recognition and the delightful company. In fact there were so many delightful and varied images in this challenge that scoring seemed almost irrelevent.
