During the sign-up phase of this season, 51 teams were created, and 48 of those were finalized. In the end, only 48 teams made the cut.

The teams were seeded by averaging all teammate's received percentiles on their last 10 challenges. If a team member had not submitted to 10 challenges, as many entries were used as available. The highest seeded team was X FACTOR with a seed average of 79.1043%, while the lowest was tiny stoats! with a seed average of 13.1265%.
