this is the experience of a leaf
beiing aware of the invasion in its private space by a camera
with the photographer inanely mumbling
'this is it , this is my blue ribbon'

it's a boat and an eye at the same time.

This is so damn artistic. It doesn't belong in a challenge as much as on the wall of my living room. Stunning abstract that keeps me searching for the leaf.

The experience is enjoyable. The comments by some are just as interesting. I still don't know how you did this or "what I'm looking at", but I like the visual journey of exploring the photograph in relation to the title. My initial impression was of a human looking through a window but that foreground reflection (?), grime, and texture, gives the eerie feeling of being watched. The title gave that human/presence a goal. Great example of a photograph creating introspection from the subjects perspective, but the subject is dynamic, dependent on the viewer. Your comments give that introspection direction.

This is beautiful. You know, I don't even like abstract art, but your work is an exception... it evokes realities it doesn't represent. Even though I'm certain who this is, I'm giving you a ribbon, because hell, this so clearly deserves it. I'm going to make you share a yellow.

As an abstract photo this is very cool with all the shapes, textures, and interesting lighting. Not getting a strong folige connection however.

an intense and interesting abstract - i just can's see the forest for the trees in this. no vote as I don't understand - although I do appreciate it for the image it is and the interaction of shapes, colors, and layers
