I think the previous commenters made pretty good points. Especially the being a little dark around the sleeper and the spanse between the two subjects.

For me this would have been a more meaningful shot had the sleeper actually been (or appear to resemble) a homeless person. Kind of a Haves and Have-Nots type representation. As it is, it just comes off as staged to me. The light on the aluminum frame near the bottom kind of distracts me a bit.

Maybe just using Car Headlights from the sleepers feet direction would have lightened things up a bit.

Neon challenge or not the concept you have going here is an interesting one. I like it.

Eerie ... you almost don't notice the sleeping figure, and even after looking at it for some time, I wonder if that's really what I'm seeing.

It seems to need more contrast. Have you tried tweaking it in Photoshop?

This picture evokes emotion. I like it a lot, but I wish I could see the guy "not sleeping on the Sealy Posturepedic" a little better.

the composition is a bit akward with the main focus being at near the very bottom and near the very top. Compositionally there is a vast 'desert' between these two focus points and its not working very well. Great idea, exectution could have been stronger.

Not a particularly interesting shot... The lighting is not great for the shot and I can't really see much of a relation to the challenge topic. There is a neon sign in the window... sure :)
