This was shot through a window- it was twilight and I caught some reflection on the glass. When I turned the brightness down I lost the neon "glow", but it really clarified the image and gave it a nice depth. (but not on the red for whatever reason) Bumped up the individual color levels after that. Ended up cropping it twice- couldn't quite find something I really liked and ended up going with the tight shot.

Hoping to take more "natural" pics- my first few entries here have some heavy-handed adjustments in Elements. I'll get there...

I like that you only took a portion of the sign and that you shot it at an angle. It's not just another picture of a neon sign.

Very cool. I would have rated it higher if the colors were brighter, but it is a great picture.

I think this is my first 10 in this entire challenge. Love the colors, composition and focus! I think it would look better if it was brighter to help show off the neon but maybe you would have introduced noise or other unwanted fringe benefits. Great job and definitely a ribbon winner.
