 I am a teacher at an adult high school -- a program that allows drop outs to return to earn their diploma.

I have been wanting ot try this technique for some time, and this picture leant itself well to that. I simply desaturated everything but the blues. It helped to make an otherwise boring picture have at least soemthing interesting about it.

Lose the bag, also try and get the subject to be looking into frame (put the file where the gag is). The position of subject against background stuff is good. Be aware that you have student names on the walll, there may be 'issues' with that sort of thing.

I love the border and jacket. Now to look at the photo. Let's see. Needs to be a little lighter and sharper. Good subject and set up. Couldn't get too much lighter or would blow out the board, I realize. You don't look much interested in the students - bad day? At least your expression says so. Decent photo worth a 6, because it is better than average. PTL

very blue! The skin tone is not right. Try to change the color balance!
