 After wandering through the San Diego Botanical Gardens hoping to come up with a knock-out shot, I saw this as my wife & I were leaving. A few of the Lily pads had some water spots/stains, so I reached into the water and sprinkled the pads & the flower.
One shot wonder.
Minor PP done (auto-level, selective adjustments to Black, Neutral & White levels, saturation & black adjustments to Yellow) to enhance the depth & color, cloned a few spots/specks and USM applied to the lightness channel.

Guess one of the other milestones I crossed with this shot was to place in the top row (4th place) of highest rated photographs with the Olympus E-10

First time I have missed the countdown and was
worse than a kid at Christmas time.

Thaks to everyone for their votes and comments, both
during and after the challenge. I was hoping for a top 5,
and was totally jazzed when I got home and found this as a Red!

Thanks again all, and I am in process of making the print a bit better. Update: It's done!
