 Thanks for the comments everyone. This is pretty much the colour of the dead Hydrangea, there is colour modification but only in tone. No desaturation, no greyscale.

In the thumnail size, it looks like it's going to be a shot of some wet mud. When I click it open, the texture is amazing. Good work!

There is good play of light and dark in this, giving it a very good perception of shape and form in the leaves. The monotone is right for it too .
