Oddly enough, the odd looking edit was on my mind, too... but this is basic editing... the weirdness happened in camera.

The sky between the two wires on the right is noticeably lighter, as if you did some selective editing of the sky and forgot those areas.

Looks a little over processed, what is the green hues in the lights? the sky in between the guywires is a different hue that the rest of the sky.
