 This did start life photographically. The fairy is a little figurine I picked up for 50c.She is about 10cm high (but is sitting/kneeling/leaning forward with her legs drawn beside her.) She has a bad hair day everyday. She is predominantly pink - no green at all, but because of this green rendition I've named her Esmeralda.
I processed the original shot ( a crappy quickie shot inside in poor light) in Topaz Simplify > sketch, and blended this with the original (no not the original original, a cropped and improved version) can't remember details about blend mode.Did stuff to the colour but can't remember what.
The overlay is from a section of messy floor in the shed of my son's wrecking yard.
