 By all accounts, this may not do well. That said the lighting was as follows:
Used one 150w energy saving bulb in a clamp lamp above right to focus. On Bulb setting, click the shutter and immediately covered the lens with a dark ski hat. Then I took a strand of small blue decorative lights, took the ski hat off the lens and ran the lights behind the flowers in front of the black velvet background about 3 or 4 times. Then covered the lens again. Then took small LED flashlight and waved it over the flowers once the cap was removed from the lens again. Stop the shutter. Saw what I got and entered it anyway. Enjoy!

It seems to me that something is missing Maybe the vase ? Or the log tails of flowers. This has a great ptentential

Fun image with a space like feeling. The flower front and center has a green cast to it that is distracting me as I look at this photo.
