Looks like a nice place to relax. I would like to see a little more of the bench and top of the tree. I think a little more contrast would help also. (voted earlier)

Your title made me come back to this and look again. There's definitely some gravity between bench and tree. And a mysterious sign in the ground...

I like the composition. I don't know if you meant to put the card in the bushes, but if you put it closer to the middle it might help up the extreme texture of them.

I could park myself against that tree if the bench was occupied, looks like a nice relaxing spot.

I'm not too convinced by the lack of colour in this image purely because I like the green of the grass and the plants when I'm stressed :) I think it would have helped if you had chosen either the tree or the bench as a focal point. They're both vying for competition but neither one grabs it completely.
