I really never know what to think when I enter these contests? I like this one, but it's hard to critique your own work. As you can see I did a little selective desturation, usm, channels, and burned a bit. I like the texture, softness, and design on this shot. I like it even more because its my 2 year old daughters dirty feet!

Good choice for selective desaturation.

The selective desaturation and the red frame are a tour de force, but in this shot I find them a distraction rather than an enhancement.

i don't think the selective desat does anything for this composition.

Nice idea and B&W. I like the selective desat and the border. (8)

AWWwwww, these are the cutest little feet. Great composition, I love the little crossed feet and the raised toe. Also like the use of the texture in the stairs.

Oh, this is splendid. One of the best of the challenge. I think the border is nice for if you were going to print it but I would have liked to see the image a little larger for the challenge. I would also have gotten rid of some of the background to make it pure black. Still a 10! Good luck!

The Frame at first seem a bit much, but as I looked at this image I liked the use of color and tying it to the frame. This is one of my favorites for the challenge:) going to bump it one more point i like it so much "10"

Way too much border. It detracts from a good photo.
