This shot just made me ask myself the question - Where do those lines converge... is it one particular point... or do they all eminate from different points...

Effects used... colour balance, crop, contrast/brightness, curves...

Tell me what you think.. .am very new to this - so would appreciate feedback

Hey Mike. Many people here are very literal with the criteria of the challenge. So even though it showed a vanishing point it was not the type in the challenge criteria. Don't give up just read the criteria closly and you will do fine next time!

Look forward to seeing more photos from you! Bob

very weak artefact effects in corners, no colour or level adjustments. Pale effect.

Lines? I see a lot of nice pink-like colors, but no real lines. The white area is way too powerful. You need to use more of the allowed 150k to get rid of the blothiness in the image.

No parallel lines to demonstrate a vanishing point.

This meets the challenge, but the effect is bothering my eyes. 3

Nice effort. If this was a picture of the sun and not a desklamp then it would fit the challenge better....

Um, not a whole lot interesting to see here, I'm afraid... :(

Sorry don't see much here of interest. I do like the red color.

This doesn't really work for me as illustrating a vanishing point. A vanishing point should leave me with an illusion of depth--three-dimensional space--and this doesn't do that.

my eyes are BLEEDING!

I like the concept...

too bright to see any line ( if they exist on the sides )

What?

I don't see this fitting well in the challenge, and on the other hand this doesn't make a good photograph. This will score very low.
