Reboot of the Where's Waldo challenge.

I liked this one I entered:

' . substr('//images.dpchallenge.com/images_challenge/1000-1999/1088/120/Copyrighted_Image_Reuse_Prohibited_819590.jpg', strrpos('//images.dpchallenge.com/images_challenge/1000-1999/1088/120/Copyrighted_Image_Reuse_Prohibited_819590.jpg', '/') + 1) . '

So now I just moved him more towards the front of all that green stuff.

******************

Brian asked about the connection to Waldo. I did not take this shot with the theme of the challenge in mind. I just re-shot the scene per se with the same kid and the same field. The field is overgrown now, and the kid is bigger :) I just thought that it would be fun to move him from the background to the foreground. :)

It's late and I'm not making the Waldo connection. But what a fabulous portrait.

I don't recall the first image; however, I really like the tones and processing. The expression is priceless. Would be better without the twig nest to his cheek, imo. Still love it. (voted earlier)

Great portrait. Excellent focus, and the eye contact works beautifully. A good pp on his face and eyes. I wish the foliage on the left was not there.

I wasn't sure about the color toning on first glance, but the more I look at it the more I like it.
