I just stumbled across your image. It is breathtaking. I would have given it a 9 or 10. Grace and peace always wins with me... and one can never go wrong with a beautiful model.

i think, someone wanted decrease scores (participant)of pictures, who can get hight rate, then "he" have chance to get higher place in competition.
