Ha! I love this pic, and am SO pleased with my Postie Red. This is Katy Fox Terrier, so black of face, so vibrato, so hard to catch ..

Tried a closer crop, mainly to exhibit her glassy orbs, more evident at larger size, but discovered the shoes were way too important.

I guess I'm just really surprised that anyone else likes this - Katy's blur exactly mimics my increasing astigmatism - very perceptive and sympathetic dog.

Cute! It looked like he was wearing a tie in the thumb :-)

Simple, stark and stunning. The shoes are vital, as ever. Vibrating with alertness, the viewer in sympathy.

this really is wonderful.... the kind of wonderful you would find in an Italian love story.

Hey, congrats on the PH red! Of course we like it, it's a gorgeous photo and I'm glad you chose the one with the feet.

Katy has such an expression of concern. Wonderful dog there.

Cute looking doggie and I quite like the stark high key aspects - but the clarity and resolution are unfortunately not quite there.

Love this, and my wife loves it to. I especially like the shoes at the top

That's one compelling face. The shoes seem to be from another time. Well done.

Now this is unique. Amazing how a little highlight clipping can transform a scene into something fantastic.

I really wanted to give this an 8 perhaps even a 9. I really like this but imo the feet are very distracting and this would have been a much more effective image had they been cropped out - 6

I like the quirky obscure feel of it.
