I would have preferred it if the entire length of the first pencil were in focus.

Never show people where u buy your pencil. especailly if your shooting product for someone it takes away the flava from the picture and people will just say oh he went to wallmart Wow! Good try though

Looks like some jaggies on my monitor in the background. Love the use of DOF and the repeated pattern.

the slight angle of the picture is a nice touch but the DOF is to shallow in my opinion and makes the shot look blurry.

you have only one every day objects. the background pencils are out of focus, lighting isn't very good.

great idea; wish you had a different light source. also wish that all of the first 2 pencils were in focus.

This is a good concept. I like the layout. I think the shot would work better if more were in focus. The lighting seems to be coming in a little hot from the lower right.
