 This is taken on the south side of Lady Bird (yes, named after LBJ's wife) Lake, which is actually the segment of the Colorado river running through town, dividing Austin into north and south sections. The bridge is the Lamar Street bridge, which runs parallel to the famous Congress Avenue bridge, where the bats fly out each evening at sunset. That daily event has brought quite a bit of tourist revenue to the city.

This is straight out of the camera. :)

I want you to come back and shoot this at night (but after the bats have left).

Texas. I don't think of it as so lush and green. I know it is, but my visits have only been to S. Texas (Corpus Christi area).
