I took this today in the nearby forest. Almost posted it without the texture, then I saw the grahamgator photo, I liked it and went through the Roz's tutorial. I think it works well with the overlay, the original was too green anyway :).

Almost feels like spring, doesn't it...

this is absolutely stunning .. the overlay really adds a wonderful quality to this image .. i love the droplets on the acorns .. this looks almost 3D .. :)

Love it. The subtle texture works well. For what its worth, you can crush up those acorns, mix with water, washing soda and vitamin C, simmer for awhile, and use the resulting brew to develop b&w film.

Love the green by the way.

I like the edge the layer gives. Don't you love acorns? I say that until I walk out onto my deck and try and walk barefoot without killing my feet. LOL

All that green definitely feels like Spring. The water drops add to that (a little refreshment on our greenery).
