 Was at Walmart and took this with my Android Phone camera. Used a texture layer and played a little with lighten and darken but mostly to get rid of the obnoxious background in the store.

She's wearing a huge witch hat but behind her were all of these displays and a bright white floor, thus the vignette. Plus I like how it encircles her face.

The sparkle of the buckle on the witch hat is appropriately spooky. But I would never in a million years guess this was taken with a camera phone in a WalMart!

Well, I thought of a hat, too. But it's easy to ignore all that black in favor of the Mona Lisa smile & those serious eyes.

haha a Walmart shot. She doesn't look witchy but I can see in her eyes that she could be a sneaky little devil if she wanted to :) She is a very pretty young lady!

I'm not completely convinced the severe WalMart-erasing vignette does this pretty young girl any justice, Judy. Maybe try cropping close instead of painting on. And what is that above her forehead? It looks like something right out of the Matrix.
