The model is Kharunisia (aka Kharu). It is the model that made it so easy to get the shot , all I had to do was press the shutter. Captured with the Sigma 50mm at f2.8. Kharu was actually in the water , we were more afraid for her then she was !!!

Anyway it is great to be back in DPC , had been inactive for at least 2 months as I was so busy with my photo projects.

yes, if you cropped it from the top to a square format, it would score at least 0.5 higher, or more... great model, nice POV.

If I could get Joan Collins to model for me (and be 50 years younger) I could win free studies too

Maybe I would have cropped out the bridge, but lovely lighting, pity about her right lower eyelash, must have been quite a job setting up 7

Not sure that the bridge and its reflection adds to the composition for me. Like the lighting on your model though - lovely skin tones.

The three openings of the bridge are distracting to the subject... competing. Cropping them out would have highlighted her much more.

After all of her efforts with makeup and costume... *sigh* (not voting)

There are two very strong elements here: the model (whose makeup is gorgeous but hairdo questionable), and the bridge reflection. I do not think they go together. Each element is too strong and fights with the other.

Beautiful! Great composition, clarity, and lighting. Obviously the makeup, styling and model are fantastic as well. Good work - 10

bidge in background distracts a bit, a really wonderful portrait, though

Beautiful. The white tendril things coming from her lower eyes are a bit distracting to me.
