 Interior of a 1949 Buick Super. Photographed at the same place as a couple of my earlier entries, such as the rusty Frazier Manhattan that sat on my profile page seemingly forever. Due to the run down condition of the place in general, I thought it was completely abandoned, but apparently it is actively used as a location for displaying these rusted classics for sale. The Frazier Manhattan and several others are gone, and a few others are now there, including this Buick.

At one time this was a Studebaker dealership or service center, as the building in the back has Studebakerfarm.com on it. (Last time I checked the site it was inactive, but is apparently up again.) I might e-mail them to see if I can find out some history of the place.

Anticipated critiques:
-Blown highlights outside the window
-Some lower edge distortion from the use of the wideangle lens

Post-challenge notes:
So near, yet so far! Popped above a 7 a couple of times, but it was not to be. Not as if 6th place is any small feat on this site! Thanks for all the great comments, especially those who mistook it for a NikonJeb entry.

Very nice Spiff... Might have mistaken this for a Jeb but for a few small details :)

Very interesting, lots going on here.. I think this should do very, very well.. This is an 8 for me.

ETA, I've just noticed Texas written on the windshield..

I'm thinking that this very well might be Yo_Spiff's entry. This would explain why he is posting such high scores in the thread..

Good use of post processing to really bring out the details (without overdoing it), especially in the show areas like the pedals.
