I don't particuarly understand how this is missed focus, as the glass objects clearly have defined texture. It is only the background that is not focused... which would have been werid if you had focused on that in the first place?

Focus looks fine to me. I'm not sure I'd believe you expected to get the flowers in focus with those vases in front like that. It's a nice photo, but I don't think it meets the spirit of the challenge.
