I was going to try a net shot with balloons in the background, it's been more than year, but it has been even longer, a lot longer, using the screen. So drops of water on a piece of screen refracting balloons in the background. I should sing well this week: I blew up thirt of the little suckers and my voice teacher using balloons as a bteathing technique tool both physically and theoretically (sic). We'll find out on Saruday and I've tons of balloons left to use for practice.
Shot with 4 clamp lamps each with a 100w energy saving bulb, two on the top front of the shooting surfance two attached to the base of the shooting surface. Camera on tripod and used the cable remote release.
Post:
Camera raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0.
Distortion tool and Correct Camera Distortion to straighten the screen.
Two crops.
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/sharpness and hue/saturation.
New layer, high pass 2.5 pixels, USM 100%, 2.5 pixels, 0 levels, merged down 100% opacity in soft light blend mode.
Spot edit dust and one small distraction on the black background upper right.
Resize.
USM.
Oh and two more things. I love this Nikon 105MM VR Macro lens. I don't any one who has one that shoots macro that does not love it. It's a Great lens! AND Bev told me she is buying me a computer for my birthday. Hurray! THANKS, BEV! |

| Very amusing shot. I like the colors and originality. The only thing is that I can't really distinguish these are balloons. Thanks for sharing. |
