 This is NickDay getting pwned by his dad ( JeffDay) w/ a water balloon. This was a very fun shot to take. It's outdoors, natural lighting, editing is as follows:

1. Crop
2. Noiseware Pro
3. Curves
4. Hue/Sat for B&W
5. USM to sharpen up.

Vignette was achieved through extensive Cruves, and yes it is possible. (wink)

Nice frozen action, but to me this looks over sharpened. At the same time it also loses texture like there's been too much noise-removal. I think the crop is slightly awkward too. You'll probably get voted down for not actually including a balloon as well, but for me it's the processing which lets it down - 3
