You need to set your whitebalance on night shots manually. Interesting shot however.

I really liked the tone of this shot, not to mention the reflection. Not much you can do about it in basic editing, but the warning sign and trash can on the peninsula are unfortunate. They distracted for me just a bit because they are near the center of the image. But still, well done.
