The title gets my attention but the picture doesn't. There is an interesting line in the street lights though.

Decent photo. Great headline. Would like a tighter crop on the 'action' (i.e. the blockade). Other than that it seems ever so slightly over exposed. Looks like it was high noon or something.

Well thought of ... did you drive many hours just to have this? I like how you put the road snaking through your frame and also how you put the barricade in perspective by shooting far. The repetitions (wall, lamp posts) also give this more ooomph.
