Might be a stronger photo if there were more than one unsheltered homeless persons in the shot. Would certainly be more a propos to the title.

How about a simpler headline "Homeless Rate Increases" Nice picture, I'm not sure I like the composition but I can't think of another way of shooting this.

Gripping and definitely news. Model desn't really look "homeless" - nice clothes. Is this a setup or real?

Unfortunate but true. A closer crop with less of the sidewalk might have been better, but I like the shot.

Good shot, I might like to see the other view, but the sun may not have cooperated, also the headline could be tweaked. Maybe "More homeless turned away from shelters".
