Beautiful shot! I would've slightly boosted saturation of the dragonfly. Excellent detail on the wings and body but would've liked to see the entire dragonfly in focus including wings in the foreground and tail end of the body.

Beautifully detailed and good use of shallow dof to create the abstract background.

This is a wonderful capture of a dragonfly but there is still quite a bit about this shot that leaves me wanting. The motion blur on the tail and far wing is a bit distracting, as if you could actually get him to sit still, LOL. The branch, it seems to me, should be all in focus, the top part being out of focus is very distracting and I know the background is probably water, I'm guessing from the reflections but it seems a bit bright and takes away from the main subject. If there was a way to tone down the whites and light grays in the back and bring the contrast up on the dragonfly just a bit would really make this a killer shot to me. I started with a 3 but realize after taking more time to look it should be a 6.

Wow. If only I could vote. The only thing I think could improve this shot is to have more elements in your lens' aperature, so the octagonal light points weren't so prominent. Even still, I would give this a 10 if I could. Congrats! Top 10 for sure.

This is so difficult to selectively desaturate/saturate. As the wings of the dragonfly are transparent how would it appear here then. Nonetheless, I still like the shot.

Could have made it look much better with a little more time spent on the edges.
