 Taken as the New Year's Eve Blue Moon rose over the rock formations of the Garden of the Gods at the base of Pike's Peak in the Rocky Mountains. Very, very cold outside!

Too much sharpening, I think. The haloing is very unattractive.

there is an annoying halo around the "garden" probably too much usm or too big crop but you could fix it.

this is astonishing! Brilliant work. I think the dark portion in foreground would be better looking if it had a sharper edge covering the moon, just an opinion. a 9 from me

The moon looks awesome, but the sharpness on the foreground is soft and the halo whether it be glow from the Moon or processing takes away from the impact of the Moon exposure which again is excellent. 5

Despite the foreground is not recognizable, I like the shadow in front of the moon, it adds form. But, the halos next to the shadows are a bit intense, and it shows a bit.
