Commenting as part of my Team Suck duties...

Best HDR image in the FS. Beautiful photo, beautifully processed. I love the clouds, and the boats. I gave this an 8 in voting, and trying to think what you could have done to get the extra one or two... only thing I could think of would be to not enter a HDR photo so soon after a HDR challenge... HDR fatigue I guess... which is probably a bit too harsh, to be honest. Sorry.

The bottom half is perfect, the sky is of course amazing, but I think i would tone down the drama a bit. overall, very nice work!

Stunning, Robert. The touch of red really kicks this up, though the clouds do a pretty good job of that on their own. Top it off with the lovely light painting those trees and the WIDE and well, darn nice photograph! (Oh, and if this isn't Bear's I'll have to eat my hat or something.)

You and your storms Robert! For all the reasons I love CA, boring skies is not one of them. This would be great at about 24" wide.

Well done HDR. Clouds are very dramatic. Like the bit of red on the boats and the composition. Like how the the viewer is drawn to the red boat and the viewer is lead down the waterway to explore the rest of the image.

Great effect on the clouds. The red boat adds a lot of interest.
