this is such a vibrant and exciting image .. the boosted colours and your processing really fit in well with the theme of the day being sport and the spectators .. great shot .. :)

you can differentiate the families by the color of the chairs and the blankets. 2 red chairs on the left, 3 turquoise with flowers, etc

Very nice sweep of the crowd and the field with the players. Love the wide angle that gives the feeling of the tradition of going to the ball game.

At this ball park there is a "tradition" of families coming by early in the morning of a game to stake out their spot with chairs/blankets etc. on the incline behind right field to the right of where Robert took this picture from. If you drive by at mid-day the whole of that area is "blanketed" and people seem to be really good at honoring these "reservations"

I know some people don't like Topaz, but I love the possibilities one has with it.
