The general consensus on this photo seems to be "so what?" :-)

I have no problem with low votes, but I'd like to point out that what one person identified as noise in the shadows is actually the texture of the roof. And for the record, I disagree that a more poetic title would help this much! Actually, the banality of the title made me laugh (and hopefully helps the viewer identify the subject).

I've never heard of this type of barrier thingy. I thought this looked like a cool abstract of the beach. This would make a great texture overlay!

Very unique photo - I would have never known what it was without your title. Very abstract and interesting. It does feel as though it is missing something.

I find this very interesting. It's hard to determine whether an abstract has been done before, because they're all so different! But, nicely done--I like the subtleties.

This doesn't do a great deal for me and even on my (dark) monitor it's grey and black, lacking contrast.

This looks like desert sand to me.

Nice abstract, the wave pattern keeps my eye engaged.

The idea of this is wonderful (and it's certainly something I don't recall seeing here). I think the noise in the shadows in the foreground will lower your score. I like the 'movement' of the shadows thoughout the image, though. (not voting)
