 when i think of zen i think of meditation, losing myself and being in the moment ..
for me photography brings me closer to all those things especially macro or close-up nature photography ..
working in photoshop does too .. this combines both ..
being a busy image i can go deeper into the 'scene' .. losing myself .. time becomes irrelevant.

I love the abstract quality of this, yet the tiny little water droplets so clear, just like life sometimes.

Ohmy! I'm so surprised to see this one with a 5.8. To me, the sparkly light on the water drops, and the beautiful dreamy colors very much looks zen. ??

Very abstracty ( is that a word? ). I like the colors in the shot, but he lines have my eyes bouncing all over the place.

I really like this image. I have looked at it several times but haven't voted on it yet. It looks like a macro of grass and water drops. But I'm not sure it represents "Zen" to me.

Wonderful shot. I wish it didn't have the bright spot in the midst of the green. Those damn leaves, they just go where they want. :-)
