I absolutely love this! The window makes a fantastic frame for the spire, and the juxtaposition of the old and new is just great.

What a great old church. You've got character from the church mixed with a modern building - nice combination for a reflection.

How cool is that...almost Dr. Seuss-like in the reflection (being all curvy and squiggly). Love it!

Lovely reflection. It's as if you're looking through a window.

Reflections are so much fun. I like how because of the geometry of the window, the church is only on this one plane and even the powerlines are discontinous.

Ditto what bob350 said. I like finding warpy glass to get reflections for images. It's sort of like funhouse mirrors.

Excellent composition with multiple contrasts, old/new, colorful/monochrome, lines/waves, secular/religious, and more. Great playground for philosophical musings.

Fantastic find and nicely captured! Certainly give the church a new angle (no pun intended)

Hey marion this is a really interesting shot that put me in mind of an old church here in the UK.
