I went for a drive for several hours this morning to find some new things to photograph, and found several things :-) There are as many small roadside cemeteries in this area as there are small towns. I'd never seen this one, it's about five miles north of me then back a little dirt road. The real first for me was actually going into the graveyard to take pictures; I've never done that. I spent about a half hour taking loads of images with different cameras and lenses, how very brave :-) It was pretty fascinating, actually.

You found an interesting marker to shoot and chose the right lens for it.

You certainly are dedicated to your hobby! I like this shot with the lensbaby. Looks like a neat old cemetery.

I like the effect of the lensbaby here. The highkey processing also lends it an extremem aspect that seems to work very well.

I'm still trying to find an interesting cemetery here. One seems to have nothing in it, and I know there used to be one in Old Town. So where are all the bodies from the 1700s?? LOL

good for you colleen .. your bravery sure had its rewards .. !!
i think that the more you do get out'v your comfort zone the more you advance in your photography ... well i find that anyway .... i used to be quite uncomfortable taking photographs in public places and would only get the camera out if other ppl werent close by .. i dont feel totally comfortable now but i'll do it anyway ..
i feel when looking at this that i'm already a spirit and this is wot i'd see of our world .. the distortion and dreamy quality ..
its a great shot and i love your processing .. :)
