Polo season is here again. Since this isn't going to be published on the sports page, I did some "editing". The ball was really at the level of the top of the hedge, but I didn't think people would be expecting to see it there, so I cut and pasted it to it's new location. Also did some cutting and pasting to give it a shadow. I know. I need a life. ;)

It's a good edit. I would have never guessed the ball wasn't actually in that spot when you shot this.

Good for repositioning the ball. I think it would of gotten lost by the hedge. Those polo ponies are small and those big guys ride them. They really earn their keep - the ponies that is.

Wow, I love how you've captured the motion here, and the vivid colours and brightness really work to your advantage. Fantastic.

Very light, but nice action photo. Never seen this in real life. The ball looks in a natural place for me, so I think you did you're editing well.

Oh I do like a good chukka....
Good call with the ball and shadow edit I think it makes the shot far more interesting than it would have been if we had to do a
spot the ball competition.
For me what I like best here is the way we can see the well defined muscles on the pony's' hind quarters and the you've captured all four legs off the ground.
Great work
