 I'm not getting out shooting as much as I'd like this year, terrorized by hay fever. Or maybe it's just a touch of the swine flue hehehe. I used three overlays on this one after I monotoned it. It was lying on its side on the ground, weighed down by rain as usual. I just put the camera on the ground with it. All comments welcome!

this is gorgeous .. i love the straight lines of the texture contrasting with the curves of the petals .
excellent colours too ..
ps .. thanks for your nice comment the other day .. i'll be looking forward to seeing the occasional bug in amongst your flowers/petals .. !!..:)
