This picture of a friend of mine was created by shooting a 13 second exposure and applying flash at the beginning and of the shot, having him move over a little bit and applying a second flash.

I like the simple background for this old trick. The pose and simple monochromatic clothing also unifies the photo. Good job!

very low-noise for such a long shutter-speed. nice contrast in opacity between the two 'you's

Not sure if you mind the transparency. And I don't know if you know how to avoid it but if you don't just simply do this kind of shoot in front of a pure black backdrop. I still think the transparency is cool though. Good luck in the challenge.
