 went to JoAnn Fabrics and bought several different zippers, a yellow one, black fabric with gold metal teeth and this black one, which I think worked best as I like the contrast with the yellow banana. Used a yellow piece of posterboard for the background. I cut off the bottom of the banana and pulled the zipper though - it was a pain to clean off all the banana goop before taking the picture. I held the zipper and the peel strips in place with push pins. Tried many different angles til I got this one. Used Neat Image and some spot editting to clean things up and remove evidence of the pins.

My True openion is : Concept is very nice but execution is not very
clear. your concept is that 'zipper is opening the cover
of Banana... good,
but cover is tearing from back side also

Really not sure how you got that zipper in there, but it's great! Very creative idea indeed. The monochromatic color really focuses on the zipper as the main subject. Well done.... 8

This was one of the few 'clever' shots I rated high. It is in my top three picks. It is not only genuinely witty but very well executed. The photo is visually appealing regardless of the boundaries of the challenge.
