 Crossing the Mississippi makes a pinch point for freight trains going through the twin cities. Most of the traffic east or west has to cross the river over this bridge, just outside downtown Minneapolis. Used a grungy lightroom preset (all settings legal in basic) that I found somewhere.

It's a nice shot the background is a little busy, the lighting is a little bright. JMO!

A great concept and a near perfect capture. The lighting could have been a little softer, but as it is, it works well. Again,, use of bokeh would have helped this image with the addition of a little vagueness in the background would have lifted this image out of above average rating. This needs to have more interest to be truly effective. A good solid entry into the challenge and a different look and perspective of the challenge subject.

The square frame works well for this, I think a little shallower DOF would help with the distracting buildings in the background.
