well I think its a bit underexposed but the light is balanced and thats good
yet considering the background, there could be less empty space co maybe Id prefer if it was a bit more cropped

| He looks like he is conversing with someone just off to the left. Reminds me of the "chat with the guest star" segment on "The Muppet Show". I want to photoshop Kermit the frog onto that ledge. |

Overly reduced noise? Or just not quite sharply focused enough? I can't decide. Some won't like the background, but I like the minimalism of it. Without the wording on the man's shirt, the minimalism would have been perfect.
