 Taken of the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse. This Lighthouse guards the entrance to Port Phillip Bay at 'The Rip', one of the roughest pieces of water known. Even on this very calm day, it was still very choppy out in the sea lane

Very nice scene. Could use a better/stronger sky (cloud wise) and some foreground detail for depth (e.g., get down low, focus on some shells or something, make that a subject of interest with the wonderful lighthouse and shore as a backdrop, David Muench style. (Not voting, at least yet, just commenting.)

Seems a bit oversharpened in places (left side of lighthouse artifacts), but it's really prettily composed and the colors are good.

Wonderful seascape. Bold colors and shapes. The little red boat (?) at the horizon is a little distracting, and the images seems to have been oversharpened.

Nice spot, image looks a shade over-sharpened to me, also I'd have cropped befor ethe mast behidn the lighthouse. Also I think it woudl work far better in B&W ...
