| why on earth didn't you take advantage of being able to submit this at 720 pixels. incredible image that will undoubtedly score less than it deserves, simply because of its size. what a shame. |

| I guess that is some kind of early morning mist drifting across the image. I would have preferred the shot without that as it makes the image a bit hazy. I would have preferred to see the details of the bridge and the pillars in front more clearly. Nice composition nevertheless. |

| I love the bridge in the distance, majestic, yet barely seen through the mist. I have always like the aspect ratio that you get from long focal lengths like this. A very good image. |

| I like the rower fading off into the distance but I do find teh water in the foreground to be a distraction. I would crop more of it out. Almost to the base of the piers. |

| I like the ripples in the water. I think the vertical structures on this side of the rower are a bit distracting. Maybe a tighter crop to bring more focus on the sculler. Don't know, just an idea. |

| i think this is an image that would benefit from a black border, it's so misty and dreamy that gets lost on the grey DPC background. nice capture, i like the feeling in the image! |

| Interesting, moody capture, but I'd like to see a larger subject to grab my eye. I'd be willing to bet that I'd like this one as a large print. Unfortunately, the DPC size allowances makes this one too small for me. |

Bridges and fog, one of my favorite subjects.
I would have cropped closer to the the left pillars and worked the leading lines of the wake a bit more, but it is a very good image |

| The mist is beautiful, and often so hard to capture well. The subject looks so dwarfed by is surroundings, and so peaceful. |
