Stunning celestial shot, there are so many stars in this it is just jaw-dropping.

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1121 images, I gave 98 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 98, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.

There is something about celestial photography that I find awe-inspiring. It has intrigued my since I was very young, reading glossy books that were an Atlas of the skies, with fantastic astronomical images. I don't believe that this is the best celestial image of the challenge (one of my 10's went to the Cone and a Hidden Fox), but nonetheless, it's still an excellent and inspiring image.

Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge.

I find it hard to assess astronomy photos in the way I would photos of any other subject, considering their specialized nature. This looks quite professional and attractive, however.

You need to get your sensor checked as I can see about 1,000,000 hot pixels.

Oh, they're stars.

Just kidding, I love shots like this. What nebulas are these?
