Interesting contrast between the foreground ice and the glowing clouds -- cropped just below the horizon and it would look like a different day.

Nice use of the boats as lines. I think the horizon should have been either in the upper or lower third for a better effect. The also - what's the point of focus/subject?

Definitely too cold :-) I really like the warmth of the front boat on the left. The wood coloring is a warm contrast to the cold sea.

Whoa, the textures in this are wild. The ice to the clouds, each is so smooth but harsh at the same time. Cool effect.

Not to be a jerk but I believe you meant, "Too cold for a fishing trip."

Composition is okay. The whole image doesn't feel very sharp. I suppose it can add to that cold feeling but the colors of that boat are so warm...

It makes me certainly think "cold" so you've succeeded on that level. I think your boats may be a bit oversharpened, or a bit over HDR'd--they have some halos.

The shot has good details, and it does indeed look cold, but the overall composition feels like it is missing something. It feels a little out of kilter, to me.
