 Heard Museum - beautiful architecture.

Wherever I aimed my camera, people walked in front of it - even if it was previously completely empty. So I was trying to shoot down this archway (?), and a woman with her kid started walking right in front of my camera.

I took a photo of her and the boy, and then this where she was already gone, and was yanking him along by the hand.

Processed with Nik Efex Color Pro - bleach bypass. Lightened the foreground, darkened the background. Overlayed with a pink filter courtesy goodman.

love the rich tones and the clean air feeling to this image Alicia....lol! about pulling the little one along..I can relate, sometimes they just need a little "urging"

Great capture! Looks like they have the same kind of trash bins as we have here. Nothing you can do will disguise them. 8(

I used to work across the street from the Heard. I'd take my lunch and eat on the side lawn which has now become a parking lot. I love the place. Often when I fly over to visit relatives in Tucson, I'll fly to Phoenix, visit the Heard, and then drive to Tucson.
